Cathy was one of the founding members of TCDDC. She did her first D/A competition in May 2007, and is working to start Freestyle in 2008. Zac is her first disc dog.

Cathy has two other shelties, Abby and Zoe, who her husband, Jeff runs in disc.

In addition to disc, Cathy also competes in agility, She is learning obedience and herding as well.
