- Back by popular demand, TCDDC will be hosting a weekend of disc doggin' seminars, including a day with Abby Cline from Pawsitive Vybe Fargo and private lesson opportunities! Because we have a large number of people interested in getting involved in disc, we are going to do one day of beginning disc dog in addition to Abby's seminar.

Begining Disc Dog Seminar

Date: Saturday, February 11, 2012

Time: 9am-3pm (Lunch Included)

Cost: $75 per team (limited to 1 dog per handler)

Size: Minimum 8 teams, maximun 15 teams

Skills Covered:

Intro to disc dog (discuss the sport, how it works, etc)
Ground Work/Foundation moves
Throwing! (Yes, we'll teach you how to throw!!)
Dog introduction (rollers, tugging, out work, drive building, etc)

Pawsitive Vybe Private Lessons

Date: Saturday, February 11, 2012

Time: 4pm-8pm

Cost: $30 for 30 minutes, $50 for 1 hour

Skills Covered:

This is your time! Do what you want with it! Abby is here to help you! Handlers can work as many dogs as they want.

Pawsitive Vybe Seminar

Date: Sunday, February 12, 2012

Time: 9am-5pm (Lunch Included)

Cost: $100 per handler (2 dogs maximun per handler)

Size: Minimum 6 teams

Head, shoulders, knees and toes

Tugging

Foundational Set up moves
around both ways

Stalls, vaults and overs - the difference between them all
